Instructor Application

Apply to Instruct

Co-lead a Community Topic in your field. We take up to two Instructors per topic, and we read every application ourselves.

Before you apply

We’d rather you know exactly what this is than have you drop out three months in. Four things to be clear on:

This is unpaid

No fee is paid in either direction. Your compensation is promotional rights, a Directory listing, and affiliate commission on subscribers you refer.

It takes real time

One substantive post every two weeks, replies within two business days, and one live Q&A per month. If that’s not realistic right now, apply later.

Your content stays if you leave

Educational posts remain published, with your name on them. Your promotional material is removed. This is spelled out in the Agreement.

We’re selective

Two Instructors per topic, and we vet for people who teach rather than pitch. A thoughtful application matters more than a long résumé.

Read the full terms first. The Instructor Agreement covers content licensing, promotional limits, the affiliate program, and how removal works. You’ll be asked to confirm you’ve read it.

What happens next

We read it

Every application is reviewed by a person, not a filter. Usually within 5–7 business days.

We talk

If it’s a fit, we’ll set up a short call to walk through the topic, the commitment, and your questions.

You sign

You’ll countersign the Instructor Agreement, and we’ll set up your profile, signature block, and Directory listing.

4

You start

We’ll introduce you to the community, get your affiliate link set up, and you’re live in your topic.
